Delicious Chocolate Cake
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Shortening or Butter
- 3/4 Cups Water
- 3/4 Cups Milk
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 4 oz. unsweetened Chocolate (melted and cooled)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease 13×9 pan.
- Mix together all ingredients until there are no lumps. In a mixer it will take approximately 3 minutes on medium speed.
- Put in pan.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
