Pureed Vegetables

  • 1 potato — cooked and chopped
  • 1 carrot — chopped
  • 1/2 zucchini — chopped
  • 1/2 celery stalk — chopped
  • 1 small onion
  1. Bring to a boil and simmer until all ingredients are tender.
  2. Place in blender and liquify.
