Pork Sausage Gravy

Pork Sausage Gravy

  • 1 lb. Pork Sausage
  • 1/3 Cup Corn Starch
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  1. Cook Sausage in frying pan. Do NOT drain grease.
  2. Add Corn Starch to grease and stir well.
  3. Add Milk, Salt and Pepper.
  4. Simmer over medium head, until desired thickness is desired.
  5. Serve over biscuits.
