Ingredients
  • 1 cup finely diced jicama
  • ½ cup finely diced tomatilla
  • ½ cup finely diced red onion
  • 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp finely chopped jalapenos
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Stir before serving.
