Jicama Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely diced jicama
- ½ cup finely diced tomatilla
- ½ cup finely diced red onion
- 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp honey
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp finely chopped jalapenos
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Stir before serving.
