Kela Toffee

Kela Toffee
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ghee
  1. Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. When small balls start to form, remove from heat.
  3. Spread into a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Cut into shapes while still hot
  5. Cool and store.
