Cantaloupe Orange Slushie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium size ripe cantaloupe
  • 2 1/2 cups real orange juice
  • 4 ice cubes
  • sugar or honey to taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean and dice the cantaloupe, and put in blender with orange juice and ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy. Taste and add sugar if desired.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Pineapple Jicama Slushie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pineapple chunks in natural juices - undrained
  • 1/2 cup jicama peeled and diced
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Put pineapple with juice, jicama, orange juice, and ice in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups black seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 glasses chilled water or soda

Instructions
 

  • Boil grapes in water and simmer for 2 minutes after boiling has been reached.
  • Cool grapes.
  • Add sugar and blend in food processor.
  • Strain to remove skins.
  • Add chilled water, salt and pepper to the pulp
  • Beat until frothy
  • Serve in tall glasses

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 64 oz tomato juice
  • 1/2 C butter or margarine
  • 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Pour the tomato juice into a large pan.
  • Add the butter and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Over high heat bring to a rapid boil.
  • Remove from heat and cool completely.
  • Place in freezer containers and freeze for up to 3 months.
  • To reheat, remove soup from freezer container by running under some warm water.
  • Cover the bottom only of a large saucepan with water.
  • Place soup in the pan.
  • Heat on medium until boiling, stirring occasionally.
