- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ghee
- Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
- When small balls start to form, remove from heat.
- Spread into a greased cookie sheet.
- Cut into shapes while still hot
- Cool and store.
