package onion soup mix

milk

sour cream
Instructions
Cut potatoes into chunks and put in stock pot and boil until done.
Mash potatoes
Mix together parsley, onion soup mix, milk and sour cream.
Mix mashed potatoes and liquid mixture.
Server immediately.
