celery -- thinly sliced

mayonnaise

prepared mustard

Instructions
Combine rice, radishes, eggs, cucumber, celery and onion.
Combine mayo, mustard and salt.
Pour over rice mixture and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hour
