cooked brown rice

dried cranberries

raspberry vinaigrette

chopped fresh parsley

chopped pecans
lightly toasted
Instructions
In a large bowl mix rice, cranberries, mango, vinaigrette, and parsley.
Chill.
When ready to serve, toast pecans over low heat until slightly warm.
Sprinkle over rice dish.
