**CHEESE SAUCE**

cheese -- shredded
Instructions
Heat butter in a small skillet.
Add in starch.
Slowly add milk.
Cook stirring until sauce thickens.
Stir in salt and pepper
**CHEESE SAUCE**
Remove from heat.
Add 1/4 cup cheese.
Still until all cheese is melted.
